Only items purchased outside of a bundle are eligible for a refund; a 20 percent restocking fee will be charged. Bundled items may be exchanged for replacement only; bundled items are not eligible for cash refunds.

Damaged or defective merchandise must be returned for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase accompanied with the purchase invoice and an explanation as to the nature of the defect/damage. Call an Customer Service Representative at 800-843-6983 for return shipping instructions.

Embroidered shirts cannot be returned.

Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing of your membership, except during peak season, from March-June. During this time, please allow 6-8 weeks for processing.
