OutdoorDealHound.com is an e-commerce site featuring outdoor-related products. It is the official merchandise store of the National Wild Turkey Federation.

2. How do I buy from OutdoorDealHound.com?

Once you’ve created a profile you can buy as many products as you would like, from one to infinity, by simply adding items to your shopping cart.

3. What are the benefits of registering with OutodoorDealHound.com?

All profits go towards the mission of the National Wild Turkey Federation. The NWTF is dedicated to the conservation of the wild turkey and preservation of our hunting heritage.

4. I’ve forgotten my password. How can I access my account?

Passwords are not recoverable in the system. The only way to access your account and/or profile is to request a new one-time-use temporary password. Request a new one-time-use password via e-mail by entering your e-mail address below, and click the 'Request A New Password' button. A temporary password will be e-mailed to you. Use the temporary password to login to your account, then immediately go to your profile to assign yourself a new password.

5. How can I buy firearms on OutdoorDealHound.com?

Firearms can be purchased at OutdoorDealHound.com but are shipped separately to a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer’s address only. Use the following procedure:
1. Chose a firearm to purchase.
2. Accept the firearms and age disclaimers found on the firearm purchase page.
3. Add firearm to cart.
4. Upon checking out, you must add a new or previous valid FFL address from your address book in order for the firearm to be shipped.
5. Choose “FFL” as the ADDRESS TYPE and enter a valid FFL address.
6. NOTE: Accurate information must be entered online and a form will be e-mailed to your email account on file. The emailed form will contain the buyer, dealer, model and type information. It can then be printed and taken to the FFL dealer you chose.

6. How can I buy ammunition on OutdoorDealHound.com?

OutdoorDealHound.com does not sell ammunition.

7. How are firearms shipped?

Firearms always ship separately from other items and must be shipped to a dealer with a Federal Firearms License (FFL). Handguns are sent overnight; shotguns and rifles are shipped via two-day service.

9. How do I change my address?

10. Why can I not ship a gun to my home address?

All firearm purchases ship separately to a valid FFL dealer’s address only. During checkout add a valid FFL address by following the prompt, “To add or edit the addresses in your address book, click here.”
Choose “FFL” as the ADDRESS TYPE and enter a valid FFL address.
Accurate information must be entered for the transaction to process.

11. How do I return products for refund or exchange?

Items are eligible for a refund; a 20 percent restocking fee will be charged.

12. What if I receive items that are damaged?

Damaged items other than firearms can be returned for exchange. Call an OutdoorDealHound.com Customer Service Representative at 800-843-6983 for return shipping instructions.

For firearms returns: For firearms with a manufacturing defect, contact the manufacturer directly for shipping instructions. For firearms damaged during shipping, call an OutdoorDealHound.com Customer Service Representative at 800-843-6983 for return shipping instructions.

13. Do you charge sales tax?

The NWTF collects sales tax in the following states:

14. Can I order from and/or ship outside the United States?

If you reside outside the United States or Canada, orders may be placed by contacting Sales at 1-800-THE-NWTF. Gifts ordered on the web site can only be shipped within the United States and Canada.

15. Why does it take 2-3 weeks for embroidered shirt deliveries, and why can they not be returned?

The reason is because the NWTF charters a company to design these shirts, and they are created on a per-order basis. There are so many variables that go into the making of these shirts (such as size, color and logo) that each shirt is nearly unique. The creation of all these variables take time to ensure you receive just what you order.

16. If I receive an error while my order is processing, will it automatically send the order?

If something happens during the submission of your order, such as an error, disconnection or other problem, the order has not gone through if you do not receive a confirmation e-mail from OutdoorDealHound. Confirmation e-mails generally are received by customers within minutes of an order. If you have any problems or want to check on the status of an order, please call 1-800-THE-NWTF and ask for Sales.

17. How long will it take to receive my membership order?

After your credit card is processed, it will take 4-6 weeks to begin receiving your membership materials.

18. I have received my free gift, but no membership card and decal?

Your membership card and decal will come separate from your free gift. Please allow a 4-6 weeks for delivery of your membership card and decal.

Members do not receive discounts on firearms, land management products or memberships.
