Bare root seedling orders will ship between December 10, 2012 and May 1, 2013. Please request delivery dates based on optimum planting dates in your area. If you do not specify a delivery date when placing your order seedlings will be shipped approximately 10 - 14 days from receipt of order. Weather conditions may cause a slight delay in shipping. 

Warranty:
When you receive your trees, inspect for damage or drought. All claims should be made within three (3) days of arrival. Any damaged seedlings will be replaced; however, shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

When you receive your trees, inspect for damage or drought. Wet the roots immediately. We recommend planting the trees as soon as possible. If you cannot plant immediately, keep the seedlings moist and cool until you can plant. DO NOT let the plants freeze.
